Please be aware incoming tenants moving into a block of 4 or fewer flats are responsible for the cleaning of the internal communal areas within . Cleaning of internal communal areas in blocks with more than 4 flats is the responsibility of the Council and tenants. Cleaning is completed every 6 weeks by the cleaning team. A rota is displayed inside the block and signed and dated at each clean.
